Freak and Frolic creates one-of-one garments by reworking authentic, previously owned clothing and textiles into entirely new designs. Many of our pieces incorporate reclaimed fabrics, graphics, trims, or other original elements that were manufactured by third-party companies before being repurposed through our creative process.

Each item is individually reconstructed by Freak and Frolic and is materially different from the product from which its components originated. Because of these extensive modifications, our garments should be considered independent creations rather than original products of any prior manufacturer. Any warranty or guarantee that may have applied to the original item is no longer valid.

Any trademarks, logos, or brand names appearing on repurposed materials remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Their appearance on a Freak and Frolic product does not indicate any relationship, authorization, sponsorship, licensing, or endorsement.

When a third-party brand is referenced, it is only to accurately identify the origin of the reclaimed materials used in the design. Freak and Frolic operates as an independent brand dedicated to transforming existing garments into wearable art while promoting thoughtful reuse and extending the life of quality textiles.
