This one of one short sleeve patchwork hoodie takes a Blink-182 graphic tee and rebuilds it in full neon, neon green sleeves, hot pink stripe detailing, and a sky blue hood colliding over charcoal gray fabric for a piece that reads pop-punk from every angle.
